United Flight 803 UA803, a 777 enroute from Washington Dulles IAD to Tokyo HND, has engine fire on takeoff and is now dumping fuel in Fredericksburg before returning for emergency landing.
Dulles fire is putting out large brush fires on runway 1C.

@EmmaVigeland This echoes many of the mistakes we made after the Afghanistan operations in the 80’s. We abandoned the people we claimed to help once the Cold War was winding down and many have paid the price. We never learn.

@CaptainCons I mean…have our interceptors taken down any actual ICBMs before? It didn’t seem like they disputed anything else about the movie except the purported success of our untested interceptor missiles. The movie seemed pretty real to me especially how indifferent folks were at first.
