@maxxwith2 Tis not a dog. It's a mix of a dog, a cat and a rabbit. For people who can't decide which to have.

THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO OPENCLAW (1hr free masterclass) 1. fix memory so it compounds add MEMORY.md + daily logs. instruct it to promote important learnings into MEMORY.md because this is what makes it improve over time 2. set up personalization early identity.md, user.md, soul.md. write these properly or everything feels generic. this is what makes it sound like you and understand your world 3. structure your workspace properly most setups break because the foundation is messy. folders, files, and roles need to be clean or everything downstream degrades 4. create a troubleshooting baseline make a separate claude/chatgpt project just for openclaw. download the openclaw docs (context7) and load them in. when things break, it checks docs instead of guessing this alone fixes most issues!! 5. configure models and fallbacks set primary model to GPT 5.4 and add fallbacks across providers. this is what keeps tasks running instead of failing mid-way 6. turn repeat work into skills install summarize skill early. anything you do 2–3 times → turn into a skill. this is how it starts executing real workflows 7. connect tools with clear rules add browser + search (brave api). use managed browser for automation. use chrome relay only when login is neededthis avoids flaky behavior 8. use heartbeat to keep it alive add rules to check memory + cron healthif jobs are stale, force-run themthis prevents silent failures 9. use cron to schedule real work set daily and weekly tasksreports, follow-ups, content workflowsthis is where it starts acting without you 10. lock down security properly move secrets to a separate env file outside workspace. set strict permissions (folder 700, file 600). use allowlists for telegram access. don’t expose your gateway publicly 11. understand what openclaw actually is it’s a system that remembers, acts, and improves. basically, closer to an employee than a tool this ep of @startupideaspod is now out w/ @moritzkremb it's literally a full 1hr free course to take you from from “i installed openclaw”to “this thing is actually working for me” most people are one step away from openclaw working they installed it, they tried it and it didn’t click this ep will make it click all free, no advertisers, i just want to see you build your ideas with ideas with this ultimate guide to openclaw watch

Nobody understands how much of a disaster this Rivian <> Uber deal is Rivian lost $3.6 billion last year on 42k deliveries. That's $86,000 of value destruction PER VEHICLE that left their factory. Their solution? Partner with Uber to turn a $58K camping SUV into a robotaxi... to compete with Tesla's Cybercab... YIKES Every 12-18 months, this company finds a new partner to write a check: - Amazon: $1.3B equity + 100K van order - VW: $5.8B joint venture - US DOE: $6.6B loan - Uber: $1.25B robotaxi deal (today) The moment they announced the Uber deal, they admitted they're pushing back profitability AGAIN to fund an autonomy program that can't even handle stoplights. Tesla's Cybercab is purpose built at $25,000 with no steering wheel. The cost per mile math isn't even close. The Uber deal is to deploy 50,000 robotaxis by 2031. Slight problem: The car doesn't exist yet. The factory doesn't exist yet. The autonomy software doesn't exist. Manufacturing is HARD. good luck have fun

I’m excited to announce a partnership with @Uber. As part of this, Uber plans to invest up to $1.25 billion in Rivian and deploy up to 50,000 R2 robotaxis. This partnership accelerates our path to Level 4 autonomy and supports our goal of building one of the safest autonomous platforms in the world—across both shared and personally owned vehicles. The combination of Rivian’s rapidly growing data flywheel, our in-house RAP1 inference platform (800 TOPS), and our multi-modal perception stack provides a powerful foundation to scale autonomy quickly and responsibly over the next couple of years.

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP. We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians. It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.

I’m all in on AI-Native agencies. Before, agencies required: 1. Low margins 2. Manual work 3. More people to grow. Now: They’ll look more like software companies. (with 10x higher price points) Our goal at Workflows is to become the no. 1 "service-as-software" for GTM. Right now, we have 13 agents in our org chart. And we’re “hiring” 10 more. This is our plan to stay an extremely lean team. (comment AGENTS and I’ll send you our full org chart) Across departments: 1. Content Team • Competitor Research Agent • Content Ideator Agent • Interviewer Agent • Designer Agent • Repurposer Agent • Newsletter Agent • Client Track Agent 2. GTM Team • List Building Agent • Qualification Agent • Outbound Plays Strategist Agent • Copywriter Agent 3. Sales Team • Pre-Call Assistant Agent • CRM Assistant Agent • Email Assistant Agent • Sales Analyst Agent 4. Project Management Team • Project Tracker Agent • Outbound Reporting Agent • LinkedIn Reporting Agent 5. Customer Success Team • ICP Matrix Agent • Company Research Agent • Meeting Summarizer Agent • Onboarding Agent • Expansion Agent Want our full agents + humans org chart we’re using to scale? Comment "Agents" and I’ll DM it to you. (must be following)

My OpenClaw bot builds websites & mails a postcard with a QR link to local businesses on autopilot... You can use it to land new customers without a single cold call, here's how it works: - Finds 100s of local businesses via Google Maps - Builds each one a custom website in minutes - Prints a real postcard with their site preview + QR code - Mails it directly to their door - They scan it, see their site, and reach out - Runs 24/7 completely hands off Direct mail gets a much higher response rate than cold email. Reply "OpenClaw" and I'll send you the full breakdown of how you can do it too (must be following so I can DM)
