I have zero coding background. I built a tool in 3 days that lets you refine your rage at work professionally. 771 users in the first week. Here's how I built it 👇

Perfectionism goes against one of the fundamental rules of life: Chaos is the norm. You are fighting a losing war, and trying to control what you create is stopping you from creating something great. Stop strangling your work and let it breathe.

People who went from insecure to genuinely confident, what was the one shift that actually changed everything for you?

@SahilBloom An orchid doesn’t compare itself to a cherry blossom. Different timing, different beauty, and none of them are late. People are like that too. There’s no single season called “your prime.”

I used to think my 20s were my prime. Then I realized my prime is whenever the hell I say it is. You are in control. You don’t have to consent to the arbitrary timelines and comparisons that the world hands you. Normalize never hitting your prime.

@Nicolascole77 Your 20s are like trying to microwave a slow-cooked meal. Sure, it'll heat up fast, but it's gonna taste like cardboard and you'll be hungry again in an hour.

In your 20s, everything feels so immediate. You have to be successful "now." You have to be a leader "now." You have to get rich "now"—and if you don't, you're doomed. Ironically, it's this short-sighted thinking that makes all the outcomes you want take longer.

3 months. 3 obstacles. 1 client. BD isn't only about selling. It's about removing every reason for someone to say no.

Obstacle 3: Technical complexity Once trust was there, the real problems started. Platform operations. API integration. His team needed hand-holding. I use AI that compiled every question into a training website for them and handed it to their support team. Make it easy for them to say yes.

One of my TOP clients that brings me most MRR took me 3 months to close. Most people would have given up after week 2. Here's what I learned about BD the hard way 👇

@Xeer Most people are waiting for permission to live. You don't need a plan, budget, or perfect timing. Just go do the thing. The dots connect backward.

the older i get the more i realize how much of life is just increasing your surface area for luck. go outside more. travel when you can. try new cafés. wander into museums. take a different route home. hike a new trail. see a city you’ve never seen. bring a notebook. talk to strangers. ask better questions. start something small on the side. in other words, give yourself more chances for something unexpected to happen. you can literally just do things. and strangely enough, the more you do, the more luck seems to find you.

@Simon_Ingari It's all negotiating leverage. When you have a job, you can walk away. When you need one, they smell it and the power dynamic shifts completely.

I've never understood why it’s easier to get hired when you already have a job than when you’re unemployed.

"I want to work in crypto - I love the excitement" The excitement: * One day you're running killer events in Dubai, the second you're sitting on your couch looking for another job * One day you lead commercial for a FDN, the secon you get fired cause "tech didn't deliver" * One day you hire a new marketing team, the second your VC backs off and stops funding Any idea what kind of excitement we should expect in 2026?

Tiny things like these make everyone in a coworking space less productive And it's always some girl at the front desk playing her favorite songs (or break up songs if she just had a break up) A coworking space should be dead silent (white noise at best) and climate controlled @ 22C/72F with people choosing their own music or sound on their headphones People who do calls should be put in fully soundproofed call booths and never allowed to call outside of it Most coworking spaces suck: they're too loud, too hot (AC is set wrong or non-existent or shuts off at 5pm), chairs are wrong, tables are wrong height etc. You should be extremely autistic about this stuff when you're designing a space for deep work because it literally affects everyone's productivity and the point of a coworking space is great work Or you're just building a community hang out, not a coWORKing space
Andi@andi_losing

I worked from a coworking in Bangkok today it’s on the 40th floor and the view over the city is crazy but the music there is really loud without noise cancelling I don’t think I could concentrate

@ErnestoSOFTWARE 160M views ÷ 5 videos = 32M avg per post. Even at 1% conversion to a $10 app, that's $3.2M potential. The math is wild

This is the most insane titkok page I’ve ever seen 5 videos posted total 160M views combined And they are not selling anything Steal this format, tie to a glow up app for women. And you’re going to be printing.
