It is reiterated that the individuals seen in the video, namely Chandu Chavan, Harendra Yadav and P Narender, were dismissed from service on grounds of indiscipline and unsoldierly conduct. The fourth individual, Shankar Singh Gujjar, is a deserter and disciplinary proceedings are undergoing against him in both military and civil courts. These individuals are deliberately spreading fake, malicious and misleading narratives on social media to divert attention from their own misconduct and dismissal from service. Since Morning frustrated Dog Gang Members are calling us from different numbers to abuse and threaten us. But seems they are not aware that these old techniques of theirs will not work this time. FIR has been lodged against all the culprits on the complaint of the Guard. These gimmicks, threat and abuse will not serve any purpose. Yesterday, also these women tried to intimidate the Guard to force him to withdraw his complain when he went to the Police Station for completing the process of MLC. Son of the Lady reached the work place of the Guard yesterday and he also threatened the Guard to face the consequences if he will not withdraw his complaint. A separate complaint will be filed against all these threats and intimidation soon. Team NCMIndia is committed to stand with every men who is a victim of Injustice and Violence. If someone committed a crime then Law will punish him but that does not mean that a Gang of few can do mob lynching of a Man that too inside a Police station by declaring him a criminal. A Civil Defamation Suit will also be filed in the court to demand compensation for the humiliation and defamation suffered by the Security Guard Vinod Paswan.

@law_ninja That guard himself is saying that the dog had bitten a lot of people. I have seen the video. We are not believing the one who has suffered but berating human beings who are victims here and advocating for a street dog and irony is that this is across India.

The security guard has been booked under S. 325 BNS, which carries upto 5 years of imprisonment. He might become the first person to be convicted under the section if the evidence is collected properly. I hope the residents who bribed him to kill the dogs do not get away - and are booked as co-conspirators. Dog haters - the repercussions of hurting dogs - right in front of you.

. After preliminary enquiry by the Police, a case vide FIR no 105/26 dt 11.05.25 u/s 115(1) /126 BNS has been registered on the complaint of the guard against Smt. Jasmeet Kaur and others. We are not happy with the sections but then something is better than nothing. We will do the needful to add more sections applicable in this case as per Law.

Come via flight, use public transport, stay in hotels/ accommodation apt for medical treatment, get their treatment done in those hospitals and fly back. This will create large amount of employment for the people, foreign exchange will increase and people will give blessings.

@myogiadityanath great idea. Why can’t we develop a hospital city around Jewar airport where large hospital chains are given lands to make large scale hospitals. City has its own world class public trasport and hotels/ accommodation. Foreigners/ patients from all over the world.

you know what is tax terrorism. i got a call from GST officer in etawah that your vehicle is siezed. i asked the reason so he said because you sold this monocarton box at rs 8.4 while market price should be rs 10. it is a total harassment. too much for ease of business in india. @GST_Council How do you calculate the market price of customised item. he asked me the bribe of Rs 25000. i have a recording of entire conversation. In the third attempt I have given my own property as a place of business.
