Two weeks later, I came up with Outliers - my "online frat" for successful young founders. Seven-figure minimum to get in. $5K to join. 1.5 years later: 100+ members, all doing 7-9 figures annually. $15k to join, probably raising it soon. The youngest just sold his company for high eight figures at 18. Most people will never find their best idea. Not because they're not smart enough, but because they never got uncomfortable enough to need it. When you're desperate, you get creative. When you're comfortable, you get complacent. Stop waiting for the right conditions. Sign the lease.

Do people in NYC not own bikes? Or do apartments just not have bike storage areas? Just curious why citibike is so popular when you could just buy a bike instead of renting one. Obviously citibike has an extra level of convenience
