After scaling my agency to $250K/month & exiting at a 3x multiple... I brain dumped 99 of my best scaling tips into 1 doc: A LOT agency advice online is repackaged by founders still grinding at $20K/month, hunting for the next playbook to copy. The lessons that actually earn an exit live in the small operational decisions agency founders skip: - what to price the intro offer at - when to give value away on a discovery call - the 4 channels to run a closed-lost campaign across - the one senior hire that frees the founder from delivery. That's why I took an entire day to put this doc together. Inside: 1. 99 specific tips across zero-to-one offers, intro offers, closed-lost reactivation, discovery, audits, hiring, AI leverage, and exit 2. Why $2,500 intro offers close at 30%+ when $1K and $5K offers don't 3. The 4-channel closed-lost sequence that surfaces dormant pipeline in 14 days 4. The audit format that makes the dollar math undeniable to upmarket prospects 4. The one senior hire that turns an agency from grind to sellable asset 5. PLUS 3 bonus resources: AI Cold Email Starter Kit, Newsletter List Building Loop, Premium Positioning LinkedIn Audit To get it: - Comment "TIPS" - Follow me (so I can DM you) PS Every tip is something I did at Loop Club, watched an advisory client do, or told an agency owner to do on a discovery call. PSS If I had to start back from scratch, I'd use every single thing in here. The amount of depth I go into in here is absurd.

I just built a fully mapped AI Agent OS covering every layer a GTM engineer needs to run a connected agent stack from one project folder. Feed it your ICP, your GTM workflows, and your current tool stack → it maps every skill, agent, memory system, and protocol to the right layer → so you know exactly what to install, what each thing does, and how the layers connect. All inside one free reference document. Perfect for GTM engineers and RevOps leaders who are still installing tools without a system underneath, running agents with no memory between sessions, and rebuilding context from scratch every time they open a new session. If you're running GTM on AI agents in 2026, you already know the math - the engineers shipping the most aren't running more tools, they're running a connected OS where every layer feeds the next. Most engineers have skills without memory, memory without safety hooks, and agents without observability. Nothing compounds. This map solves it: → Five root config files built in 30 minutes - CLAUDE.md, BRAND.md, SOUL.md, MEMORY.md, and settings.json turn any terminal agent into a dedicated GTM operator → 235+ skills across 11 domains including 18 GTM skills, 21 Clay workflows, 8 n8n automations, 44 marketing skills, 34 C-suite advisory skills, and 2,000+ B2B sales prompts - every one with install command and source repo → 500+ sub-agents across 6 collections with three personas - Startup CTO, Growth Marketer, and Solo Founder - each pre-loaded with the right skill stack → Four memory systems mapped with a decision guide - Obsidian vault for long-running projects, claude-mem for zero-config capture, cipher for lightweight setups, supermemory for autonomous agents → Safety hooks wired before any agent touches real data - block-dangerous-commands, protect-secrets, auto-stage, and notify-permission registered in settings.json → Full ecosystem coverage - 6 terminal agents, 9 multi-agent frameworks, 5 GUI clients, 5 infrastructure tools, observability stack, and 3 open protocols that make all of it interoperable No installing skills with no system to route them. No running agents with no memory between sessions. No rebuilding context from scratch when CLAUDE.md and MEMORY.md should load it automatically. What you get: - 30-minute setup guide for all five root config files with exact build order - 235+ skills across 11 domains with tiered loadout - always-on, project-specific, and situational - 500+ sub-agent templates across 6 collections with orchestration patterns - Four memory systems with a decision guide for which to use when - Full ecosystem map across terminal agents, frameworks, GUI clients, and open protocols Built from 6 months of mapping every open-source GTM agent repo, skill library, and protocol that ships in 2026. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "OS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I just spoke to a marketer managing 20+ agency clients with one Growth Assistant and this single AI workflow. His digital marketing assistant used to spend 6+ hours in auditing Ads Manager daily. Today, the assistant connects Ads Manager to Claude and has the analysis in minutes. My team documented every workflow like this across 200+ brands we work with. The Marketer's Guide to Claude: ↳ Campaign analysis in minutes ↳ 10+ ad variations from one winner ↳ Social copy consistently locked to brand voice ↳ Email flows built by Claude on what converts Every workflow is designed for a human to run. Comment "GA" - I'll send it to you.

We check 47 things before launching a client campaign. Domains, auth, warmup ratios, content rules, volume ramps, list hygiene, monitoring, error fixes. 8 sections. 47 items. A 2% bounce rate undoes a month of warmup. The word "AI" in your subject is a spam signal because 70-80% of senders use it. 8-page PDF. Comment CHECKLIST and I'll DM it.

Claude is the smartest AI for GTM work right now. But 90% of GTM engineers prompt it from scratch every single session. That's why I made The Claude Skills Playbook for GTM Engineers: → Why Claude starts from zero without a skill and how to fix it → How to build Skill Boosters and Encoded References for your exact GTM motion → The 5 GTM skills worth building first: LinkedIn writer, cold outreach writer, ICP researcher, landing page auditor, content repurposing engine Comment "SKILLS" and I'll DM it free.

@shravi_aj You didn’t mention the worst part. Watching it on Sony liv. There is a 3 set advertisement every 10 mins or so. Inspite of having premium. Just couldn’t watch it.

I am sorry, but the quality of Shark Tank has reduced so much from season 1 > the sharks feel more performative > the brands are majorly D2C, and the screen time is optimised for emotional stories more than the value it was created for > the new shark Pratham Mittal, just makes me stay away from watching it even more bring ashneer back.

if your reply rate dropped and you didn't change anything, your infrastructure broke. most teams don't find out until their best domains are burned. the cold email infrastructure playbook was built to prevent this: -> the domain setup that maintains reputation over 6+ months -> warmup protocol that gets you to day 21 ready to send -> sending limits that keep you below spam filter thresholds -> the 2-email sequence: why you stop there and when to start again -> domain retirement vs repair: the decision framework every setup detail. nothing left out. comment COLD and i'll send it over. Most agencies build lists. Zero build signal-based targeting. So I documented the most complete signal-based outbound system for agencies you can use today. Inside: → 6 signal plays including keyword monitoring, profile visitors, competitor commenters, job changes, website visitors, and after-hours cold calling → A full ICP scoring model so you know exactly who to prioritise and who to skip → Tier 1 and Tier 2 sequences for every signal with LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp touchpoints → Reply handling scripts for every response type including not interested, send info, and let's chat → 2026 metric targets so you know what good looks like across every channel → A tracking sheet template to double down on what converts and cut what doesn't → A step-by-step all-bound LinkedIn x email x WhatsApp workflow you can install in Conigma today If you run an agency, manage outbound for clients, or build lead gen systems - this is the only playbook you will need. Comment SIGNALS and I will send it straight to your DMs.
