Access to your customer service is awful.
The help and contact page buttons don't work, a hard to find live chat which then cuts you off.
I've resorted to emailing. Let's see if I get a response to return this item that's shrunk despite being washed correctly.
F) there is no way for us to be allowed to fly on the earlier flight, despite there being more spare seats, without paying the extra charges.
I am furious with this service and inefficient bureaucracy over all.

E) you now have more seats left available on the earlier flight then the flight we have booked,meaning we will have likely check or cabin bags AGAIN, despite flying cabin only to avoid excess delays at the home end, to try to compensate for the late arrival at airport

I find it absurd that
A) your website messed up our original booking so they did not register, yet the money was held in a pre Auth via PayPal
B) when booking on the phone again, flights cost so we had to take a later flight, causing transport home issues.
@NeilinCo I've just rescued 4 ( back row) of your creations from a charity shop! They are awesome but I guess you're not doing this any more...I'd really love an ivy and cat woman one! Anyhoo, just wanted to show some appreciation for your work 😊
@Ali_Crockford Which one did you get? I've been getting frustrated at how big all the new phones are too. My current 1+ Nord 2 has a 'one handed' option that minimises the touchable screen, but as a carrier of external pockets, I find most phones infuriatingly too long to fit in most of them.

I'm going to try sending back the paperwork instead and hopefully it's picked up in time. But the lack of information or updates is ridiculous. I can see this persisting and then everyone's payments get stopped cos they couldn't renew.
@HMRCcustomers how are we supposed to renew our tax credits if the systems been down for days? And be told that our payments stop if we don’t do it on time seems very convenient for HMRC
