@SkyHelpTeam I have a cancellation booked from 17th April, but need to stop that cancellation. Obviously cannot get through on phone, looked through online account and cannot see how to reverse the cancellation. Could you please support?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi @SkyHelpTeam I have tried that avenue. I get the message about prioritising key workers. It asks for why I’m calling. When I say ‘stop cancellation’ I get another automated message saying no one can talk about billing and hangs up! I need to stop being cut off!
