I can’t imagine being a constitutional law professor today. You would have to change everything. Teach the constitution pre and post Trump/Roberts court?

Clearly, the Right expects the Center-Left to play by the rules. The old rules. This is insanity. Lots of constitutional crisis ahead.

Today SCOTUS said that the President is immune for official acts. If they are beyond review, then the balance of power is obliterated and the president is supreme. Does that mean that the President could demote members of SCOTUS to a lower court? Official act?
