@AskTarget The Heights location I have also had this happen at.The phone systems need 2 actually ring to the point where u cannot ignore them. There’s no sense in having phone lines if your staff never picks up any of the phones. Its pretty infuriating that I spend so much & can’t even call

@Target your regional manager in Houston needs to do a better job. Whenever I call any location no one ever answers the phone and I eventually get disconnected because of the way your phone system works. Shouldn’t be this hard to give you my money….

@AskTarget I had to drive all the way to find out that the item was not in stock. Told the manager @ the Memorial location about everything because this isn’t the first time it happened & she gave me a $20 GC. You guys need to instruct your staff that answering their device is not optional.

@veronicabeard may want to get w your digital marketing team. When I click your add on instagram to “shop now” the picture of what is being advertised, it doesn’t actually take you to the look. It just takes you to the website. Causing the buyer to have to search
