@Chibettor @ChrisMorgan20 @DeanTTraining My workouts consistent of 6-8 exercises, generally 10 reps x 4 sets. That’s 24 to 36 sets. 36 x 5=180 mins. I unfortunately don’t have 4 hours, 3 hours rest time, to spend at the gym. My goal is to add a couple more excercises to my routines.

@DeanTTraining Dean I’m 53 with a chest like a teenager. I’m on TRT for 8 years but just started weight lifting. I feel out of place in the gym and just need 1-2 things I can do to get that chest developed asap!
