Seller taking a $25,000 loss on this house. They bought at pandemic peak and tried to rent it out. But the rental market turned south, rents getting cut, property taxes up. And now the owner has been trying to sell for nearly a year, and has cut from $310k original purchase to $285k today. It's a pretty nice house, actually. But in a market with big downside risk.
