My Grab taxi experience in Vietnam was 95% smooth.
And then I landed back in Delhi, booked an @Uber_India, and within minutes the usual drama started.
Uber app shows me ₹386, but the driver’s side shows ₹440.
Driver says something else. App says something else. Customer is stuck in the middle like a fool.
This is exactly where Uber has reached now.
They know they are in the “necessity” game. People will shout, complain, get frustrated, and then eventually go silent because next time they still need a cab.
The system is messed up, the accountability is almost zero, and the customer is just expected to adjust every single time.
