最近買ったこの本、スクラム解説本のように見えるけど。。ゴール設計や価値設計、そこに向かうチームビルディングをスクラムのアンチパターンを元に丁寧に説明されている本でした。プロダクト関連の実例が多い本だったので入門書を読んで実践を始めて試行錯誤してる人に良いのかな?

@PawelHuryn @lennysan I understand, I also refuse to talk about SAFe for that very reason. If I were a doctor I would not go on a podcast to discuss why homeopathy doesn't work as it's a waste of my expertise. I have been asked many times.

Thanks @mdalmijn, I love the podcast, but I'm not sure I would like to talk about SAFe specifically. Criticizing SAFe for 60 minutes wouldn't make the best episode 😅 None of the top product companies use the framework. PMs ignore it. Only backlog administrators / POs struggle with the framework. @lennysan @jonnyjkane E.g. Team Topologies is no longer Team Topologies. They recommend normalizing Story Points between teams. They also have weird perspectives on what an Epic is to fit the framework, and in the framework outputs can be the same as goals... Happy to hop on a call to exchange info.

@lennysan @jonnyjkane Hey Lenny! Agile Manifesto creators all spoke out against SAFe. Team Topologies (part of SAFe) spoke out against SAFe. Scrum creators spoke out against SAFe. Why? Well, if you look any SAFe concept, you will find it's been diluted and adjusted to fit the framework.

SAFe is really just Fe--the iron framework. As for the S--that usually means add bureaucracy. You cannot become more effective by adding complexity. And the A has always been a joke. There's no Agile in a rigid framework, forcefully applied across an entire organization. That leaves the Fe.

Is it really that hard to describe what a Scrum Master does? Browsing Scrum Master positions I can only conclude it is crazy difficult Finding one that seems to get it or at the very least does not contain glaring mistakes is almost like finding a four-leaf clover. #Scrum

Don't mistake the pristine perfection of plans on paper for reality. The problems we imagine are often not the real problems that matter. Intentionally incomplete plans rooted in reality work better than unintentionally incomplete plans floating in speculation.
