But Nadine Dorries LITERALLY isn't working. She's not doing her job.
She is, however, still taking her wage from the taxpayer.

@mdcurtisuk Hi James, I am sorry to hear this, The lead passenger of the booking will need to send us a DM from there own account with further details to the query and booking details so that we may discuss the matter further as per GDPR requirements. ^Brandon
@TUIUK shocked by your appalling customer service inconsistency. Explained last week that we were unable to travel due to medical emergency. Was told no problem just provide a Dr letter and we can move the holiday. Sent letter on Thursday but apparently not informative enough
@mdcurtisuk Hi James, The lead can contact and request a none lead authorization for another member of the booking to have the equivalent authority to discuss the booking however the lead would need to make the initial contact still, we cannot avoid this as it is the GDPR law. ^Brandon

Sent another on Monday with additional information said you would “investigate”. Get a call this morning (on the day of travel) to say sorry you will have to claim on insurance. Went back on everything you told us last week. Can only assume once you saw the problem was
