@mdichter27 @bcbballmetrics I'm happy there's a wildcard since it gives a chance that a zone could be stronger than their berths (such as the Island 4A last year - the top 3 teams but only 2 berths). I heard how the selection committee assigned "strength of zone" and I believe CTR can help going forward.

@bcbballmetrics @DenisBeausoleil Strength of schedule was a bust. King David beat Meadowridge (6 seed) and Southpointe (7 seed) to win the gvissa league, and MRC. And the NW teams are in the bottom end of the bracket (13/15). Doesn’t make sense why they are given an extra birth to be the second last seed.

Notre Dame takes over at AA #1 after beating Collingwood. Abbotsford Traditional falls to HM after it's 3rd loss to Langley Christian. In A, Similkameen enters the rankings at #9 after a good weekend. King David up to #7. Vancouver seems likely to get the strength berth there.

New Official Top 10s! These are the last rankings before strength berths are announced. Grandview Heights up to #3 in AAAA! Tamanawis falls to #8, and St. George's plummets from #2 to HM after a loss to Semiahmoo. Very few changes in AAA: College Heights is now ranked at HM.

My grandfather passed away in 2005 and left this massive steel safe bolted to the floor of his workshop. He never told anyone the combo. We joked it was probably empty or full of rusty tools. Today, we finally locksmith to open it… It’s stacked floor to ceiling with pure silver bars. We haven't even counted it all yet but the weight is insane. The question is… what do we do with it?

@Daniel_Sugarman Also my experience at day care drop this week. My daughter said it’s not a police parking lot. I offered the police a suffganiyot, and they were like, are you offering the police donuts and we all had a good laugh.

My 5-year old daughter asked me why police were outside the school gates this morning (they've been there this whole week, but this is the first time she asked why). What else could I say? I told her they had come to be with us because it was Chanukah.
