@PiemontiAndrea maybe in the minority but i literally never look at how many cards are in my opponent's deck

Yesterday I 7-3 the qualifier, losing a bit in the matchup lottery facing Storm and Mill. Beat almost all the other meta decks, facing a ton of prowess. I also accidentally submitted 61, curious if I misled people into thinking I was on amulet. I am still unsure on 2-3 cards, but the deck felt good as always.

@RespectTheCat90 i think i like it in the ephem mirrors because letting the creature hit the battlefield can be a big liability. but i'll test it more.

@meanfannypack seems good vs the unfair decks, but i dont know about the midrange mirrors

@RespectTheCat90 though i imagine it's worse in our deck than jeskai since our average life total at casting is much lower from seizes and the MDFCs, so you don't have quite as much time to deal with the token

@RespectTheCat90 i only cast it twice so not totally sure yet, but good vs jeskai and affinity and easy to deal with token

@3ternaaaa @claudiohmtg belcher, for one. but the point is that they are playable maindeck. agree they aren't issues in modern but the point about answers to answers being easily maindeckable and hyper efficient is a good one.

@meanfannypack @claudiohmtg how many decks are running flood maw main? like one in standard lmao and when the only hate for prowess there is high noon then sure it's too efficient but speaking more broadly in modern i dont think it or boseiju are anywhere close to issues

People talk very little about how much harm these cards have done to the game. Safety valves don't work anymore because every deck operating on some unfair angle just has a get out of jail free card that is just a good card.

@claudiohmtg idk dog deafening silence is 1 mana, the suite of anti gy cards are 1 mana or sometimes less, chalice is able to come out turn 1 in the decks that play it, i dont see the issue with decks having efficient answers to cards that shut down avenues of play

Over 13 matches last night I played against 7 WB sewers decks, 3 (at least) of which had main deck Wraths. So I'm doing great. 😂
