I was terrified when Robert Jordan died. I thought for sure Brandon Sanderson was going to ruin the Wheel of Time. But Brandon Sanderson proved to be too awesome for my pessimistic view. He really nailed those books. If anyone knows how to be very respectful to the source material, it's Brandon Sanderson. He is one fantasy writer that I have a lot of respect for.

Yeah, it was a Homer Simpson d'oh level mistake, but the underlying facts of the AI image are undisputed and very serious. In addition to Rama Duwaji liking numerous tweets celebrating October 7 atrocities and writing her own tweets with racist and anti-gay slurs, it's been also confirmed that Duwaji did lead illustration for an article in a magazine and in a book series organized by Susan Abulhawa, who has called Jews "cockroaches" and "rootless parasites," among other antisemitic libels. The AI image conveys these facts about Duwaji's direct and indirect support for nihilistic antisemitism, which are real and undisputed, regardless of my own dumb mistake in thinking this AI image was a mural in Queens and resharing it on X.

Excellent mural of Rama Duwaji, wife of NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani, that appeared in NYC a week ago. Never forget that Duwaji repeatedly cheered October 7 atrocities. If she was wife of Republican mayor of NYC, this would be on front page of NY Times and discussed nonstop on CNN.

Today I traveled to the northern border to report on the war as both the Islamic regime and Hezbollah are heavily attacking the residents of northern Israel. @RyanCas08472289 Ireland was never an homogeneous society. We have had migration going back millennia. Most recently Scandinavian in the 8th century onwards, Normans in the 12th century and then English, Welsh and Scots. That continues today with people from other nations. We were never alone.

I strongly highlighted the importance that the next 5-10 years will be in maintaining and preserving Irelands historical homogenous society, which is a defining part of who we are, and how critical it is that we protect and honour it for future generations to come.

First visit to Washington, D.C. was an incredibly productive experience. I had the opportunity to engage with many high-ranking US officials on Capitol Hill and at the US State Department who have genuine interest and concerns about the direction our country is heading.
