@aliciakearns What if those people that have received a vaccine or tested positive and returned to our normal routine as per government guidelines. Surely we are exempt or what’s the point of having vaccine

@LNER what a jobs worth on the 12.95 to Lincoln can’t put luggage in the two locations for wheel chairs Apparently it’s the law. Not that the space is booked or we could not move the cases if someone got on. But there is no space for luggage in the carriage. @lner

@BirminghamAirpo 1 hr 20mins waiting for bags from @easyJet flight from Glasgow. Not one person in sight to explain what is happening. The art of communication is dead at these organisations

@eastmidlandrail why is impossible to make a complaint on your app. And when I ring the call centre they can’t help me I have to emai someone. Most awful customer service

@EastMidRailway why do you shut electric gates from the car park at Leicester. It inconveniences those legitimate customers because you can’t police fare dodgers. Either accept the loss or do something that doesn’t inconvenience good high paying customer
