This isn’t your usual flashy crypto company success story with millions of dollars and lambos. This is a real story of a group of extremely passionate builders and friends that created a sustainable and growing business within the XRP ecosystem, from nothing. It all started with an idea between @madflyXRP and me, to bring gaming to the XRP ecosystem through @Zerpmon. From there, we were able to begin sustainably generating revenue, which allowed us to grow our development team and achieve greater goals with the game. This lead to receiving grant support from @RippleXDev speaking about the game at @xrplapex, and participating in the @xrpl_commons Aquarium program. While continuing to develop Zerpmon, we expanded into supporting @TheRootNetwork by building core infrastructure like an NFT marketplace + DEX and managing developer relationships for the network with @TRNLabs. Through working alongside @futureverse it allowed us to keep growing our team and development capabilities. And most recently, we began building the first native AI agent technology for the XRP Ledger, which lead us to begin working with extremely supportive partners like @victusglobal. Now, Gen3 employs 10 people full-time, and we are building AI technology that has never been built before, and games with genre combinations that have never been explored before. It’s truly a dream come true. The journey has not been easy, and we’ve had our fair share of ups and downs, but I could not be more proud of the insanely talented people I get to work with every day and call my team (and best friends). We may not have millions of VC funding, or be driving around in fancy cars, but we’ve been able to build a growing business within the XRP ecosystem through sheer determination and passion and literally follow our dreams on a daily basis. I hope that someone reading this is inspired by our journey and uses this as a chance to begin their own. Don’t let anything or anyone stop you, and don’t take no for an answer. There has never been a better time in the history of humankind to pursue that dream that you always wanted to pursue. Finally, I just want to personally say thank you to every single person that has supported our products over the last 3 years and all the incredible people that have helped guide me through this journey. If someone told me 3 years ago where we would be today, I would not have believed them. I could not be more grateful for everyone I’ve met on this journey.
