My assessment:
Trump has singlehandedly sown confusion inside the IRGC. Commanders were already eyeing each other, convinced that someone in the room was feeding their positions to American targeting lists, and nobody could figure out who (which was already the case during the 12-day war). Which is probably why Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, felt the need to go on record denying he had met with anyone at all, even as reports had him in Pakistan preparing to do precisely that. Also, accusing Trump of fabricating the story to move oil markets is such a tell. Men who are winning don't feel the need to explain themselves. As I said in my previous assessment, they are in complete denial, mainly because they are all confused and have no idea who is talking to whom. Their chain of command is broken.

Managed to film at the Shahran oil depot in Western Tehran that was targeted by airstrikes last night. The oil still seems to be burning. We saw flames coming from some of the destroyed oil storage tanks. Also destroyed tanker trucks outside the gate. Sorry for audio issues, was windy @CNN @cnni @claudiaotto

Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia said that President Zelenskyy and Europeans desperately asking for a simple ceasefire reflect their dire situation on the battlefield.

Pretty much all of Pokrovsk is in the grey or Russian-occupied zone now on the updated DS map. It’s probably not too long before the Russians will claim they’ve seized the city which the Ukrainian command will of course deny.
The only escape for Ukrainian troops is through an open field 2.85 km wide with a swarm of Russian drones overhead. But while the grey zone is expanding rapidly, the Russians are not boasting large numbers of captured POWs which suggests a more or less orderly retreat, or - that the bulk of Ukrainian troops is blockaded in Myrnohrad.
