@alesia_jeanne @coinbase It should be fairly obvious that 1. he didn’t sell his XRP, and 2. he damn sure didn’t send it to a Shopify account. It was definitely a scammer/hacker. And so far @coinbase doesn’t seem to give a shit about it.

So @CoinbaseSupport @coinbase my dad has an account and held some XRP. His account was hacked despite 2FA and security measures. You allowed his XRP to not only be sold, but withdrawn to a Shopify account instead of his bank account. Online support has been useless.

@alesia_jeanne He received no notifications and the XRP in his account was sold and sent somewhere other than his bank account that was linked to his Coinbase account. Online help was useless and basically told him to fuck off. That’s why I posted this here on X.
