Missing the news in Jamaica but congrats everyone. FWIW, same thing happened when I was on family vacation with HHS in August. I need to vacation more clearly. Also, reminder, not all benefit from S3 the same on OCF. Eg. $CXXIF 275% effective tax rate whereas some don't book 280E

@jesseredmond @E_Millz182 I love the Petra by @KivaConfections, too. One mint out on the golf course is juuuust right for me ... two mints for a social hang, three for help with sleep. I dig being able to microdose easily (as opposed to an inexact bite/rip off a 10mg gummie) plus the mints don't melt. 🔥

@AaronJNosbisch @cantripguy I'd purchase THC-infused beverages more often if they were more reasonably priced. I am in CA. I love THC drinks and greatly look forward to when they are produced at scale with good margins in order to make the cost more doable for consumers. (gummies are a better value for now)

@cantripguy And we rarely get complaints about the price - sometimes before people purchase but it really hasn’t been a problem thus far - we do use very high quality ingredients and it does create a unique effect. Subscription lowers price substationally for consistent users.

Is it possible for this rescheduling process to achieve the distinction - move MMJ to III+ and make it clear rec MJ is DE-scheduled?
