@AmazonHelp Link valid for 1 hours and you are telling me this after 50 minutes! When I accessed the link I got same cold and rude response to cancel my order and re book! Then your system will say item not available. Ridiculous reply

I’m honestly really disappointed with the service from Amazon India. I ordered a pair of shoes worth ₹5,000 (Order ID: 407-8538382-3633130) on 13 April 2026, and ever since then, the delivery has just been getting delayed again and again. What’s worse is that I’ve had to contact customer support multiple times at least 7-8 times and every single time I was given the same kind of false assurances that it would be delivered soon. Here I am writing this, and the order is STILL not delivered. The most frustrating part? I specifically needed these shoes before a certain date because it was meant to be for my father’s birthday the delivery date mattered a lot. I clearly explained this to the support team, hoping they would prioritize or at least give me a realistic update. But instead of actual help, I got vague promises. And during one of my interactions (around my 3rd or 4th time reaching out), the associate I was connected to was extremely unprofessional. While I was explaining my situation in detail, his responses were just “ok” and “sure” no empathy, no effort, nothing. It genuinely felt like he didn’t care at all or didn’t even want to help. This is not the level of service I expect from a company like Amazon. Delays can happen, I understand that but misleading updates, repeated false promises, and poor customer support attitude is unacceptable. Still waiting for my order. @amazonIN please look into this.

@AmazonHelp The chat was even more pathetic response. I was told to place a new order and Gayatri, who gave the reply abruptly ended the chat. In my 10+ years as Prime member I have never experienced this responses!

When I contact customer care on chat in your app, they confirm it’s delayed in system! No solution! All I get was Sorry for inconvenience. 2/

This is required to stop people from spreading fear & panic & misguiding public

I think it’s high time the Government comes up with a regulation that only persons who have qualifications/ relevant experience can make reels and release on Social Media (Except entertainment videos)
