@mehwhatever66 @Cernovich Cmon. The best mayor in the world couldn’t have done that turnaround. It was Gilbert and others that refurbished 80% of downtown, paving the way for restaurants, businesses and suburbanites to come back to the city. Downtown was shithole prior to Gilbert and company.
