Traffic on NH-415 has been restricted to one-way movement due to #water inundation near #Lekhi, close to #Naharlagun. According to #PWD officials, the situation has arisen due to haphazard earth-cutting activities combined with heavy #rainfall. The dept has submitted a formal complaint to the DC, Itanagar Capital Region regarding the issue.
