ICE agents choked a 16-year-old when they arrested him alongside his undocumented father. He filmed much of it, but ICE didn't give his phone back when he was released. He later found it in a vending machine for used electronics; suggesting an agent stole it and sold it for cash.

I’ve talked with my joint sponsor @PhilPlummerOH and we will be amending HB36 to authorize the firing squad, in addition to nitrogen hypoxia, as an alternative means of capital punishment whenever lethal injection is (allegedly) unavailable.

Utah is one of 5 states with the firing squad. It was used in 2010 It will be the venue for the prosecution of Charlie Kirk’s killer—and if lethal injection drugs prove to be unavailable (as they are purported to be in Ohio) a rifle would be a proportional instrument of justice
