SIGNS THAT A HUMAN IS UNDER DEMONIC INFLUENCE!  Signs that a person is under the influence of demons include permanent tension, frustration, impatience, an abomination for prayer, and a continuous desire for strife, humiliation, and destruction of others.  This also includes sudden outbreaks of anger, disturbing dreams, aggressive imagination, an abomination of confession, and an inability to be humble, even in little things.  None of this comes from God.  ~Schema-Archimandrite Ilya Nozdrin

The thing I noticed about people in the OCA is that they are way too eager to give spiritual advice. You never see that in ROCOR parishes.

I have more peace planning to go to Jerusalem in the middle of WWIII than I do taking a job in DC. Let that sink in.

🚨‼️ Although I am Muslim, I am calling upon all Christians in the world to take note that the Evangelicals in the USA have made no comment whatsoever about the Israeli closure of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. The Israelis have announced that they will maintain the closure throughout the Holy Week, and even Easter. It is the first time in history that the Church was closed like this. During the entirety of Islamic rule over Jerusalem, it was always kept open. To illustrate the typically Palestinian cordiality on the issue: in order to prevent infighting over which Christian denomination would keep the keys to the sanctuary, they were entrusted to two Palestinian Muslim families over the course of about 1,000 years, as an agreement. And this agreement has always been respected, without exception. Anyone with some common knowledge knows the huge importance of the Easter ceremony in Christianity. For the Evangelicals to accept this flagrant violation of religious freedom by the Israelis, without even expressing any sadness or regret about it (and Huckabee having even defended it), should make everyone, not only Christians, wonder how much importance this 'Israel'-worshipping denomination attaches at all to the tenets of Christianity. To me, as an outsider, I see them as routine violators of many other Christian values as well. Their routine calls for war and mass murder, including their whole-hearted support for the slaughter of children in the ongoing Gaza genocide, speak for themselves. I leave it up to you to pass your own judgement on that. I have visited this Church several times in our beloved Jerusalem/Al Quds, and there isn't a fellow Palestinian in the world who doesn't cherish this sanctuary in his or her heart. Like all Muslims, I am inherently sympathetic to the Christian religion, and have great respect for it. This is all the more reason why it truly saddens me to see the American Evangelicals carrying the name, but apparently divorcing themselves from the responsibilities and duties that come with referring to themselves as 'Christians'. I have expressed my opinion, and if I have offended any Christians who are not Evangelical with my words, in any way at all, I ask their forgiveness.

Greek Orthodox Nun Who Lived in Jerusalem Speaks Out: "Stop Supplying the Weapons" Mother Agapia of the Greek Orthodox Church - sister of @ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos and recently featured in an extended interview with @TuckerCarlson - sat down with LindellTV correspondent @CaraCastronuova at the Catholics for Catholics event in Washington, D.C. Mother Agapia spent 10 years living and working in East Jerusalem, running a school for Palestinian Muslim and Christian girls. She witnessed the Second Intifada and the building of the separation wall firsthand and she has a powerful message for world leaders: "It's time for a diplomatic solution. Stop supplying the weapons and start sitting down at the table - working out an equitable situation that creates equal rights for all peoples so that everybody can practice their religious beliefs." She reports that the doors of the Holy Sepulchre and Al-Aqsa Mosque are currently closed, Christians in Bethlehem can barely leave the city, and supplies in the West Bank are dwindling - all while Muslims and Christians try to observe Ramadan and Lent under impossible conditions. "I pray for all of us and for a more peaceful world."

Retirement? What’s that? I’ve spent what they told me to save on all my independent mission work the last decade. And my 2020 senate campaign. And grassroots activism. Plus inflation and post-covid income loss. Then the cost of traveling through 19 states since 2023. Praying for a convent to be established in Texas for my retirement lol.

Just scouted for a major D.C. role with a top private Libertarian-Conservative powerhouse that spent $548 million in the 2024 general election. I’ve been open about my faith, even attaching my exegetical paper on the ecclesia and God’s chosen people through an Orthodox lens to my profile. Staying skeptical but prayerful—if this is a seat at the table, it’ll be on His terms. Let’s see where this leads. 💼✨

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

Must Read ⁦@WSJ⁩ op-ed on the overwhelmingly negative coverage on Operation Epic Fury in Iran, which continues to be a highly successful military campaign against a terrorist regime. We are combatting the Fake News daily at the White House, and it’s safe to say the American left-wing media is sadly rooting for President Trump, and therefore the United States Military, to fail.

Was invited to be on the Clergy and Seminary Action Council for Friends of Sabeel North America (FOSNA). A Christian Voice for Palestine, due to being a student of Orthodox studies. First meeting was yesterday. Round table discussion about fear. Our own fear, due to current geo-political climate and thoughts about fear itself. Myself (the lone Orthodox student), and clergy from: Presbyterian, Roman Catholic, Episcopal and Lutheran. Everyone had a chance to talk. Everyone was introduced to Saint Paisios of Mount Athos—that fear often reflects the enemy at work, while suffering comes from the fallen state of the world; yet both can become pathways to transformation, and our hope remains firm in this: no matter what is revealed or unfolds, God is victorious in the end.
