@PaulaSandf13661 @maxdavie I'm glad you got the right assessment for you. There are lots of services already offering combined assessments, they are very common. I would find it interesting to hear the reasons for separation of assessments, as usually separate pathways is just historical or financial.

@PaulaSandf13661 @maxdavie We do have to very often consider both Autism and ADHD in one assessment, it makes much more sense to do both assessments at the same time.

@EllzSummary @KateBurkeNHS Great, but the person who did mine wasn't a qualified or regulated health professional - they went through a script and took ages taking bloods and I couldn't ask any questions.

Today, half the usual exercise class didn't attend and 3 of the class including the instructor knew they were ill with onset in the last few days, one had tested for COVID after a few hours of symptoms. I wonder how "the thing that is going round" is being spread 🤔

PSA: if you think you might be coming down with a virus, please don't go to your high intensity group exercise class. You are not maintaining discipline or whatever, you are likely spreading your illness to others who also want to be fit and healthy. Workout at home please 🙏

@Ask_foradoctor @rcpsych @YouTube It's uncommon for someone in mental health services to see a Dr as their first assessment, as often referrals come from GP. In a crisis service I assume that presentations will be triaged, as they are in A&E, and then someone will see a doctor if they require that?
