@KristyT I just learned my friend uses sour cream instead of milk when she makes box Mac N Cheese. I haven’t tasted it, but I’m very intrigued.

So we now know chipotle vinaigrette takes amazing mixed with sour cream....what else are people mixing with sour cream?

@cyanhex I was gifted one of those Our Place pans. It’s very pretty but it’s not very non stick. I don’t get why people love it.

There is so much aesthetically pleasing / functionally garbage on Insta because of the feedback loops that exist there. Caraway, for example: Beautiful but shoddy. They told me it is only nonstick if you use low/medium heat, and to add olive oil to make it nonstick again 😆
