Hey! @CoxComm @CoxHelp, at what point does charging people for internet they can’t consistently use become unacceptable? I work from home, your service is my only option in my area, and the DAILY throttling and outages is getting to a point.
I'm positive that I'm not the only one going through this! Maybe everyone experiencing this should come together for a class action lawsuit for the lack of service.
