Hey dipshit. I worked at least 120 hours a week as a resident from 1993-1998. There was no hour limitation in 1990 or through the 1990's. It was after year 2000 that a federal restriction was placed and even then, places like Duke and Johns Hopkins resisted /ignored the restrictions and were threatened with loss of their residencies and forced to comply.
