📣 Update: A November 2025 class-action lawsuit accusing Spotify of a "pay-for-play" scheme to inflate Drake’s streaming numbers has been dismissed with prejudice. No discovery occurred and none of the allegations were proven true.
A federal judge ruled that the plaintiff signed an enforceable arbitration agreement with Spotify that waives the right to sue and requires the dispute to be resolved through arbitration.
This is a legal win for Spotify.

@scrufacejean @realalmightee So you're distributing pedophilic material?

One thing Drake stans did by spammin Kendrick’s comments and makin fake Kendrick albums durin this rollout, is show they IN DEED need Kendrick for promo. And the Fact they engaged with the FAKE Kendrick album more than Drake’s REAL announcement further shows me yall don’t even really like Drake. You just obsessed with Kendrick.
Red Media@RedMedia_us
Kendrick Lamar is now a major headline across blogs over a fake "Fireman" album that was made up by Drake fans. The viral post had nearly 100K likes on Twitter, 7 times higher than Drake's Iceman announcement on big Pop blogs like Pop Base.

This post is for informational purposes only. Let’s be very clear about who first brought the law into it, tried to “silence creative expression,” and “use the label to censor artists.” This is the April 24, 2024 cease-and-desist letter from Tupac Shakur’s Estate to Drake’s attorney regarding Drake’s “Taylor Made Freestyle.”
Not only is Kendrick Lamar a close friend of the Tupac Estate, he is also signed to Interscope Records which owns the distribution rights to Tupac Shakur’s music. Interscope Records is a division of UMG Recordings.
• 5 days after the release of “Taylor Made Freestyle” (April 19, 2024)
• 3 days before Kendrick Lamar finalized his contract with Interscope Records (April 27, 2024)
• 6 days before the release of Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” (April 30, 2024)
Some will dismiss this as conspiracy, but to us it looks like the record label using its connections and resources to suppress one artist’s work while amplifying the other’s.

@thekennethsay @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 "Get away from some of these younger niggas, and stop fucking these 25 year olds" Your argument hinges on very specific wording, that's splitting hairs, if he's fucking with 25 year olds, who are "young" according to Joe, then obviously he likes them.
English

@mentaa143 @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 Repeating yourself doesn't make something more true. And it's not splitting hairs. Joe didn't even say "Drake likes younger niggas." Drake made a specific claim about what he heard on the JBP. Arguing the claim isn't meant to be taken literally only hurts your argument.
English

@thekennethsay @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 He said "younger niggas", you're splitting hairs, "young girls" does not solely mean underage or children. Drake definitely expected Kendrick to say something along the lines of that, but he absolutely did not give him consent in any way to defame him with pedophilia claims.
English

@mentaa143 @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 This doesnt prove anything. Joe has said they message each other all the time. This is the one time Joe is sharing the DMs. And your previous clip you tried to use as "proof", no one even says "Drake likes young girls." This is such obvious post hoc rationalization. It won't work
English

@thekennethsay @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 He has literally texted Joe about those comments so there can be no confusion as to what he was referencing x.com/i/status/20454…
Never mind that Joe never outright called Drake a pedophile before anyway. Also the guy was 37 when he got Cyn pregnant who was 24 so its funny.
The OVO Docket@OVODocket
Drake wasted no time addressing Joe Budden shortly after Budden made these statements on his podcast in 2023. In this clip, Joe Budden reads the direct messages Drake sent to him and shares how Drake took offense to the narrative Budden was pushing.
English

@mentaa143 @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 There have been numerous instances of JBP talking about Drake with young girls, including about Millie. You and Drake's lawyers are only focusing on one time they're talking about 25 yr olds to make it seem like that's what was meant when it wasn't. It's very transparent.

No, you’re not trying to learn. You’re a troll. But let’s go. You thought this was a gotcha didn’t you? 🤨 The lyrics in TaylorMade Freestyle are “Heard it on the Budden podcast so it’s gotta be true”. None of what Budden is discussing in this clip were stories, rumors or gossip first heard on the BUDDEN PODCAST. But you know what was first heard on the Budden podcast? Joe’s bogus narrative that Drake is a creep or his music should be discredited because he’s 37 and dates 25 year-old women. Budden was pushing that narrative in the days and weeks after “For All The Dogs” released and there were many viral posts seemingly agreeing with Budden’s statement. Drake addressed Budden directly for that reason.
None of what Budden discusses in this clip was new information exclusively heard on the Budden podcast. That stage act video was from 2010 and the Millie Bobby Brown interview clip was from 2018. Neither of which are pedophilia. They resurfaced and had been circulating on social media since “Like That” was released. Even before Drake responded there were viral posts encouraging Kendrick Lamar to use that narrative. Budden himself got that talking point from the social media like he does for many of his talking point on his podcast.
Lastly, young girls doesn’t solely mean children, dumbass. Young girl is also defined as a young unmarried woman. The use of young girl depends on the context in which it’s used. And in THIS context on the BUDDEN PODCAST, BUDDEN was referring to 25 year-old women.
English

@thekennethsay @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 Right, did Drake tell you all that? And I already addressed the "Epstein angle" line in my original reply.
The line in Taylor Made was never about underage girls either: x.com/OVODocket/stat… x.com/iamDame2Cold/s…
Sherri Only Son™@iamDame2Cold
@TKnicegirl @RatedDru 🙂↔️ This is a reference from Joe Budden’s Podcast…where he told Drake to leave young girls alone after he was spotted with Latto’s 21 year old sister. “You’d rather grab your fuckin pen and misdirect shit”
English

@mentaa143 @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 You're being dishonest. He was not just talking about the daughter when he said he was plotting, he mentioned a bunch of things. The Epstein angle he expected is right there with the other things. He plotted for him to talk about it with Taylor Made Freestyle.
English

@thekennethsay @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 "And then we fed you the information, a daugher that's 11 years old, I bet he takes it." That was about the daughter claim, nowhere does he suggest or imply that he or his team told Kendrick to call him a pedophile.
English

@mentaa143 @DBirch101673 @Bovei3 Drake literally says, "We plotted for a week." That claim specifically addresses his state of mind before the drops.

@DBirch101673 @Bovei3 This line came after NLU, so it can’t logically be used as evidence that Drake was “expecting” or consenting to the specific escalation in Kendrick’s track at the time it dropped. It’s a post-hoc reaction/denial, not prior provocation.
English

@KingDomin0 @Bovei3 Provocation isn't a full defense to either assault or defamation. The main point is that UMG argues that Drake invited the topic and goaded Kendrick into calling him a pedophile, but the full context shows he was never talking about underage girls to begin with.
English

@Bovei3 If you taunt your opponent to hit you …
And your opponent punches you in the face …
And you sue for being punched in the face..
It’s VERY relevant to the dispute 😂
League of morons 🦉
