To be clear for @wizards_magic on EW NA falling on Halloween: I won Vintage in 2024. I top 4’d Vintage in 2025. I would’ve loved to try to run it back in 2026, but because it’s on Halloween, I’m not gonna be a dad who skips trick or treating with his kids to go play Magic.

Won the Saturday night Legacy challenge with Pitch Black! The build finally clicked, tho I'd love to squeeze a 4th copy of a few MD cards, but, the deck constraints are too demanding. Dauthi was huge, and gave the deck some unexpected range. Really fun deck, great to tinker with.

deck 4: cephalid breakfast with nadu (h/t to devin for sharing): tl;dr nadu is egregious and i believe it is the 'hogaak' of mh3. it allows you to draw 2*n cards where n is the number of creatures you control if you have shuko or nomads en-kor
