Carol Tomason was visiting her daughters in D.C. She forgot to pack a hairbrush and went to a pharmacy to buy one. A truck hit her in the crosswalk at 15th and H Streets downtown. "I will never stop grieving my mother, because I will never stop loving my mother," Meredith says.
