Trump is threatening to place ICE agents at airports in place of the TSA and says they will arrest “illegal immigrants” entering the country — but people generally don’t arrive at airports without a visa or from a visa-waiver country. Those who enter through airports typically come legally and then overstay. Also, ICE agents would need to be trained — so that’s about 2-3 weeks.

On May 18, 2025, at approximately 1:15 a.m., officers from the 35th District responded to a report of a critical injury crash in the 4800 block of North Broad Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. According to investigators, the driver of a gray 2007 Cadillac CTS was traveling northbound on Broad Street when an unidentified female pedestrian was reportedly standing in the roadway. As the vehicle approached, the woman stepped directly into the path of the vehicle. Emergency crews with the Philadelphia Fire Department transported the woman to Einstein Medical Center, where she was admitted in critical condition. Now, in March 2026, nearly a full year later, this woman remains hospitalized and has still not been identified. Somewhere, someone may be missing her. Someone may recognize her face but not realize she has been lying in a hospital bed all this time. Police are hoping the public can help give her back her name. A C-17 (RCH869) took off from the Middle East, with a stopover in Germany, and landed earlier this evening at Joint Base Andrews. About two hours later, a convoy of specially equipped medical ambulances, called Patient Evacuation Vehicles, along with an ambulance bus, departed with a large police escort, taking the Beltway to Walter Reed Hospital in Bethesda. Though unconfirmed, these likely are some of the first injured soldiers from the US attack on Iran being brought back to the United States for medical treatment.

@David_W232 @PrincessBravato It is very possible in the near term. It's not like each captain is giving a press conference nightly. Sure.. the events get reported, injured treated, dead collected, but that info doesn't make it to the press by magic. Trump was hoping to 'win' before it came out.
