Just spent two days with senior staff at Anthropic and a group of Christians deeply committed to finding redemptive paths for AI. Encouraging on many fronts. Above all I think the guests were unanimously blown away by the humility and moral seriousness of Anthropic's leadership.

Incredible initiative by NSEDM,IDAN! The new job portal + Job Mela is a great step forward to gaining real insights into the job market requirements, while also understanding the huge skill gap that we have in the state. A much-needed step moving in the right direction.

Amazing to see the impactful work NSEDM & IDAN have been doing lately, creating real employment opportunities for the state’s youth. This is what happens when you put bureaucrats who genuinely care for the people in charge!

Happy to launch the Mega Job Fair under the aegis of the Nagaland Skill & Entrepreneurship Mission and the Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland - a powerful platform opening over 6,000 job opportunities across diverse sectors, both within the country and beyond. Our youth are immensely talented, ambitious, and creative - they deserve every opportunity to pursue their aspirations and realise their full potential. I shared a few thoughts with them: “Talent may open the door, but it is character, resilience, and commitment that sustain success.” “The first job may not be your dream job - but it is often the stepping stone towards it.” “Wherever you go, be positive ambassadors of our land, our values, and our people.” Wishing all the candidates the very best as they take this important step forward. Sure, the Govt has flaws. But the real spectacle? People who live off Govt contracts, working their contacts overtime to get favor and still manage to bad-mouth the Govt to foreign diplomats - at a meeting facilitated for them by the Govt. The audacity and irony. 🤭
