What should I take to sleep 6-7 hours straight

In order to work with our engineers in Turkey? I’m waking up at 6 am every day. There’s no issue with that but every other day I wake up at around 4:30 and can’t go back to sleep after seeing their messages. Yes not checking one is an option but I just can’t stop myself.

@jasondlee @ATT @ATTHelp @TMobile Well @ATT also promises the same at no extra cost if you’re on a premium plan, but it isn’t working, and their customer support unfortunately doesn’t have the expertise to troubleshoot it. I'll probably do a carrier switch after I headed back home 😊

@mertcal @ATT @ATTHelp We've had good luck with @TMobile in Europe and Central America (eastern Mexico, Honduras), and at no extra cost for international (data/text) usage (just don't place a voice call :), unlike AT&T's.... $10/day? YMMV, of course.

Don't bother with @ATT if you're travelling Latin America, it doesn't work even if you're on Unlimited Premium Plan. And @ATTHelp couldn't fix it after many hours of trying. Time to switch carries I guess.
