@TicketmasterCS Thanks for the reply. They don’t have mobile phones which would display a ticket so unless we can arrange something they are not able to attend as a result. I’ve not bought the tickets yet because of this. Seems a very limited route to take 🤷🏻‍♂️

@mervinder Hi Martin. This event is mobile tickets only so no printable tickets will be generated. We can look to arrange box office collection instead if there's an issue with the mobile tickets. Thanks
