Your 20s feel like a storm because your individuality is being born. At 21, the Ego fully descends into earthly life. Not the ego of vanity, pride - but the true "I," the spiritual center that can say, "I am." Before 21, this Ego is present but not yet anchored. It is sheltered by parents, education, culture, and larger spiritual forces. The human being is carried. At 21, the carrying stops. For the first time, the Ego stands on its own feet. A person becomes capable of bearing their own destiny. This is why the years after 21 feel turbulent. The questions deepen: Who am I? What am I here to do? What direction is truly mine? Until 21, life is mostly inherited. After 21, life becomes authored. Steiner calls this the awakening of individuality - not because freedom is achieved, but because freedom becomes possible. The passions of adolescence no longer need to rule the soul. The Ego can take the reins. Desire can be directed. Impulse transformed into conscious action. This is the beginning of self-mastery. Spend around 10–30 minutes a day visualizing a version of yourself that you are deliberately trying to build. Do it when your mind is already calm, especially in the evening or just before sleep, because the mind accepts imagery more easily when it is not being pulled in different directions. The basic idea is simple. The brain treats repeated internal experience as something important. When a certain kind of situation is lived again and again in imagination, with enough detail and emotional weight, it starts to lose its “imagined” quality and becomes something your mind recognizes as familiar territory. And what becomes familiar stops feeling impossible. Old patterns weaken in this process not because you fight them directly, but because you stop feeding them the same mental rehearsal. At the same time, new patterns begin to stabilize because they are being repeatedly experienced internally before they ever exist externally. Start by settling your body. Slow breathing. Less tension in the face, shoulders, stomach. You are not trying to force anything, you are just lowering internal noise. Then choose one specific scene. Not an abstract goal. A moment. Something you can step into mentally. If it is health, do not think “I want to be healthy,” instead see yourself moving through a normal day with physical ease, walking without effort, breathing clearly, feeling your body light and responsive. If it is confidence or success, see yourself in a real situation where you would normally hesitate, but now you speak without that hesitation, you are steady, direct, and things unfold without internal resistance. If it is discipline, see yourself already inside the routine, doing the work without negotiation, as if it is simply what you do. Always stay in first person. Through your own eyes. What is directly in front of you. What is under your feet. The texture of the environment. The light in the space. The small details your attention would normally skip. Then sound. The way voices actually enter the space. The rhythm of your breathing. Any background noise that belongs to that environment. Then physical sensation. The weight of your body. Temperature on the skin. The sense of movement. The way you occupy space when you are not resisting yourself. Emotionally, you are not trying to force excitement. You are allowing a quieter set of states to appear. Relief that things are simple. A sense of “this is already how I operate.” A quiet internal stability that does not need justification. You are not building a fantasy. You are rehearsing familiarity. At the end, stop adding detail and just remain in the general felt sense of it for a short moment, as if your mind has already accepted it as normal. Let that feeling continue lightly as you move into the rest of your day. Repeat it often enough that the scene stops feeling like something you are trying to reach, and starts feeling like something your mind already knows how to do.

Unconscious living is equivalent to playing a video game where you only get 15 FPS (frames per second) and you have 1000 ping. You feel like you’re not there and out of control but it’s not enjoyable. where your game is skipping you all over the place, you end up in circumstances where you seemingly teleported to the other wide of the map, you end up with a job you hate, broke, with three baby mamas and kids you’re not allowed to see. You don’t even remember how you even got there, you could swore you were running in the right direction but the game registered the left you pressed 5 minutes ago. You are literally trying to run the most advanced game that requires uncapped frames, maxxed out graphics and 5G internet on a PSP with 3G. To uncap the frames in your life, max out the graphics and play on 0 latency. You need to be present moment maxxing. You need to literally declare your thinking as gay and useless (99% of it is). Allow oneself and your “ideas” to perish (99% of them are just biological and cultural conditioning). Focus completely in an effortless way, through radical curiosity on the present moment and every time some bullshit thought, worry or regret come up, if it’s not in front of you right now and threatening your life, treat it like a shit in the toilet and flush it away into infinity. What’s crazy is that your conscious processing power goes from a few fuzzy frames of dissociation, suffering and pain, Feeling like life is continually speeding up to Being so present and aware that you can the aliveness of infinity unfolding itself through the strands of each moment at nano seconds. The sense of time is not even a useful metric here as every moment holds the weight of infinite potential. Time is non existent here (perceivably), it’s a seemingly fluid, malleable and permanent flow state of life expression. Pair this with spontaneous wisdom (Intuition - Knowingness and wow.) When you allow yourself to truly relax and retardmaxx (50% empty infinite, creative space and 50% spontaneous intuitive action). - yes I just made this numbers up, some kind of ratio exists idk. Which will literally make you seem like you have 2 brain cells fighting in your head to others, as you have no plans, no thoughts, no ideas and a 24/7 dumbfounded look on your face because of the awe from life’s inherent perfection which is always available to us. if you just look listen totally through your sense without your conditioned opinions (curated by 5 density goon demons btw). You’ll notice a few things. 1. You know exactly what step to take next because your mind is being turbo fried by 1000 different thoughts that were implanted into your mind by low level demons (goonbait or finance hustle porn on ig reels). 2. You will realise that almost all of your w are self created and they are self liberated of their own once you stop trying to grasp them which frees up more space to enjoy the moment in whatever way it calls of you. 3. Life gets great because now you’ve dropped your adopted meaning system that you got implanted with from a young age, without which you probably would have self imploded due to the presence of the void. So guess what, that life you know is for you. It is, all you have to do is become so present that you can intuit it, in the moment to moment unfolding of existence, allowing yourself to spontaneously blossom in the highest way resonant to the role you play in this totality called life.
