@RepAnnWagner If what you are saying is not a lie, then why do you refuse to handle the situation between Finra and MMTLP investors? You are well aware Finra broke their own rule 6490 and changed the corporate action for Meta Materials to cover-up MASSIVE FRAUD called naked short selling.

Why does @FINRA even exist? @SECPaulSAtkins "A trade took place so it needs to be reported" (paraphrasing) is not a valid justification for creating a market for a Series A Preferred placeholder with inaccurate information. To say that those that made MMTLP tradeable relied on publicly available information so it's ok, is not how it works. When an issuer notifies a regulator to tell them that their security isn't supposed to be trading and that the information used is inaccurate, this puts the regulator on notice that the situation needs to be investigated. Why? Because you can't claim your existence is based on investor protection and Market integrity if you fail at both!
