Owning property is slowly becoming my most regrettable purchase. I’m constantly bleeding money I will never get back: The levies Mold issues Paint issues Geyser issues Water and moisture issues Just 2 days ago, I received an email about a tree in my garden that has grown past a boundary and needs to be cut by me. Even though I’m not the one who planted that damn thing! 😭 I’ve been spending unplanned money for the last 5 months. On the other hand, my tenant throws the worst tantrums when he wants things done but doesn’t keep the same energy when it’s time for rent to be paid.
