Part 2: How do I avoid being overly draconian yet not letting them just avoid saying it?

Part 1 : I will be honest with what I am struggling with at the moment. I have introduced a new greeting for the register and am really trying to insist on everyone say it. I have a couple of students who refuse to say it.
