@petelapp @CoachDanGo For the last 2 decades, I do 1 heaping tablespoon of whole psyllium husk per day and simply mix it in a half cup of water. Mix like crazy so it doesn’t clump and chug it in 2 gulps. Not ideal but the benefits far outweigh the input.

@texastoytrader I made a mistake as a buyer and didn’t read a banner. Digital card. Seller understood and cancelled the sale. I felt bad for the confusion I caused and ended up spending 3x more on a card he was selling. Seller did me a solid and now I’ll be a repeat customer…

Well it finally happened I think I sold something on eBay today that I actually sold at a card show a month ago. I hope the buyer understands; only a $15 purchase but I hate that it happened.
