@DarwinBondGraha Thanks. My biggest confusion is why they've only come up with max $25m cut to OPD. Far short of $150m. (Maybe it's a contract with OPD.)

@mgogoing The way it works is that a simple majority prevails. There are 8 councilmembers. If there is a tie, the mayor can break the tie. The mayor is likely to side with the equity caucus. The equity caucus' budget is on the floor for a vote.

This is a helpful summary. Still - the whole thing is confusing. I need an overview.
