@HelloFreshUK Hi Tina... Nothing to add. I offered someone the free vouchers you offered me. You deducted £5.00 for postage without authorisation, but vaguely understandable. You then deducted £25.00 without authorisation AND the person has still not received their FREE meal.

Very disappointed with @HelloFreshUK ... Offered friends and family the "FREE" vouchers and they've deducted money left right and centre. Over and above postage that is. Having been a huge advocate for @HelloFreshUK I shall no longer be recommending this service, sadly!
