@DoctorTro @Toaster_Pastry The recruitment failed to meet apriori power calculations. There were significant inherent differences in levels of user engagement between the apps. Both groups did decrease their caloric intake though. Self-reported 24hr kcal consumption was 1400 in 100kg population...

@DoctorTro @Toaster_Pastry I did. Hardly enough evidence to say everyone should be on a keto diet. 90% excluded, 60% attrition, and of those that made it to the end only 40% compliance with protocol.
