This woman is walking her two dogs. When her dogs go potty, she puts it in a doggie bag but leaves the bag and doesn’t throw it away. These neighbors call her out and tell her to stop leaving her bags. When she asks her neighbors what they think people do with the doggie bags, they say “they throw it away!” And she looks at them like they are crazy. 🤯 You can tell she knows she has been caught.
