He ran for office because Trump hounded Barack Obama about his birth certificate. Every day he said Barack was born in Africa. So during the White House correspondent’s dinner, Barack Obama announced that he had a live birth video which should satisfy Trump’s inquiry about the validity of his citizenship.
IT WAS THE FIRST MINUTES OF THE LION KING MOVIE. The best joke of the night.
Trump was mortified and embarrassed.

@middleageriot I will argue that before his mind got too loose, he had a very narrow strong skill in picking bullying nicknames for people that they could not shake, bc no one is willing to go that low, & he had a knack for bullying. It got him far, strangely enough. Now any skill is long gone.

Holy shit! The Free Press is reporting that Cardinal Christophe Pierre was summoned to the Pentagon and rudely lectured (threatened) by an official that the U.S. military has the power to do "whatever it wants" and that Pope Leo and the Vatican should think twice about opposing Trump.
Tensions have apparently grown so severe that Pope Leo, the first-ever U.S. born pontiff, refused to accept Trump’s invitation to celebrate the nation's 250th anniversary. One Vatican official put it bluntly: "The Pope may well never visit the United States under this administration."

This is Vladimir Putin. The man who invaded a sovereign country, has killed hundreds of thousands of people, and is currently bombing Ukrainian civilian infrastructure while pretending to negotiate peace.
He is now your source on who wants war.
Poland’s Secretary of State for European Affairs said Russia is “trying to prolong the discussion” while Ukraine has “made a significant effort to end the war,” pointing to continued Russian strikes on civilian energy infrastructure as proof of Moscow’s intentions.  EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas stated plainly that “it’s actually Russia who has started this war, and Russia that is continuing this war.” 
But sure. Let’s take Putin’s word for it. The man who said during his five-hour press conference that he was prepared for a long war and “new successes”  is deeply concerned about peace.
