@NatShowerSpares Appalling service. Tried contacting them today by phone but gave up after 60 minutes. I have received no response to a follow up email. Concerned company has taken my money with no intention or ability to satisfy the purchase made. Would avoid at all costs!

@British_Airways - once again you prove how useless you are! Trying to change a flight online it doesn’t work. Wait to speak to the chatbot, tells you to do it online, surprise surprise, it still doesn’t work. Tells you to phone BA, but no one answers the phone. #flyryanair

.@British_Airways - before you respond and say have you tried booking online, yes I have and it says the voucher code (you have provided) isn’t recognised. It’s no wonder people get aggravated when they finally have the opportunity to be put through to another human being!
